Succesfully represented plaintiff Me Vincent Chiara in the context of proceedings in defamation undertaken on the basis of articles published on the Vigile Quebec website.

Péladeau v. Lafrance, 2010 QCCS 6907, n. 500-17-035232-076
Represented the plaintiffs in a motion to challenge motion filed in this case’s trial.

Saputo v. CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc., 2010 QCCS 683
Acted for the plaintiffs in an action for defamation brought in respect of an article published in The Globe and Mail. In this action, the defendants objected to the disclosure of drafts of the articles and to the disclosure of e-mails exchanged between the journalists.

Groupe TVA v. Gesca, 2010 QCCS 4842
Successfully represented the plaintiffs in an action brought against Gesca Ltée in which the defendants sought to examine third parties who were not parties to their dispute.

Saputo v. Gesca, 2009 QCCS 278, n. 500-17-041668-081
Successfully represented the plaintiffs with respect to the objections made during the examination of Mr. Lino Saputo, for Saputo Inc. with respect to the production of reports, minutes and the production of internal market analyses of the shares.

Bondil v. de la Chenelière & al., 2021 QCCS 4271, n. 500-17-113688-207
Represented the former Director and Chief Curator of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Nathalie Bondil, in a high-profile wrongful dismissal action involving a $2M defamation and injury to reputation claim arising from an alleged defamation campaign undertaken by the Board of Directors of the MMFA in the context of Ms. Bondil’s sudden and allegedly wrongful dismissal.
