Woods is proud of the success of Dina Prokic, articling student, in the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre's essay competition. Dina was selected as the 2019 winner among a record number of more than 120 submissions from 26 countries.
Dina's essay deals with a pressing issue that is at the forefront of current affairs and will undoubtedly be even more relevant in the years to come: gender and ethnic diversity in arbitration tribunals. Dina takes an innovative look at the issue and discusses measures arbitration institutions could take to improve the present situation.
