Marie-Hélène Beaudoin returns to Woods

Woods is very proud to welcome back Marie-Hélène Beaudoin, lawyer, certified mediator and arbitrator to its team. Marie-Hélène will work alongside our experienced litigators to contribute to the formulation of legal advice and the strategic analysis of complex and high-stakes cases. She will conduct legal research, analysis and drafting in cases requiring ongoing strategic thinking. Marie-Hélène will also act as a mediator and arbitrator and lead the continuing professional development of our junior lawyers.

During her 13-year career, the first three at Woods, Marie-Hélène has handled a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters and has pleaded frequently before the civil courts of Quebec as well as before a number of administrative tribunals.

Through regular contributions to publications and training sessions, Marie-Hélène is perpetually on the cutting edge of the latest developments in law and strives to promote the popularization of complex legal concepts.
