Christopher Maughan is a commercial litigator with extensive expertise in class actions and consumer law. His experience also includes contractual disputes, insurance disputes, and the resolution of commercial disputes. Since his call to the Quebec Bar in 2012, he has acted for prominent clients in a wide variety of industries. He has published articles in leading legal journals and has lectured on class actions and civil procedure.

Christopher is a graduate of McGill University, where he earned degrees in civil and common law. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Christopher worked as a journalist for various Canadian newspapers.
