He acts diligently on behalf of a wide range of stakeholders, including insolvent debtors, diverse creditors, court officers, purchasers, interim lenders, directors and officers, as well as boards of directors and shareholders. 
Joshua has participated in a wide range of litigation, appeals and other dispute resolution proceedings, covering civil, commercial and administrative law, since his call to the Bar. His experience extends to contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and oppression remedies, injunctions, cases involving securities, consumer law, tax law, as well as the regulation of the telecommunications, broadcasting and energy sectors. He pleads before the Quebec courts, both judicial and administrative, as well as before the federal courts. 
He joined our team in 2018 as a student and also completed his articling period at Woods. A graduate of Université de Montréal in civil law (LL.B.) and common law (J.D.), he was a law clerk to the Honorable Annie Breault and studied Chinese law at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.  
Prior to his legal studies, Joshua worked for over 15 years in the telecommunications industry. He held various management positions in IT, marketing and operations for an industry leader.
