Biography
Joshua (Josh) Crowe practices civil and commercial litigation across a number of industries. He frequently intervenes in litigation involving multidisciplinary issues, often with highly technical and cross-border aspects. In addition to representing the firm’s clients before all levels of court in Quebec, he also acts as counsel or tribunal assistant in domestic and international arbitrations, including investor-state proceedings.
