Justina is a versatile lawyer who keep the strategic objectives of the client at the forefront of the legal process. Her experience includes acting in high-stakes cases relating to liability, both contractual and extracontractual, unfair competition, securities litigation and business law, as well as professional liability. She has a particular strength in contract and legislative interpretation, understanding the questions thoroughly to provide sound advice to clients.
She has experience in cases involving aspects of private international law, whether it be in the management of multi-jurisdictional files or that have a particular aspect of international law, such as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Quebec.
Justina practiced litigation at a national law firm as a student and then as a lawyer for five years before joining Woods. Prior to her legal studies, she obtained a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
