<p>Marie-Hélène draws on her proven expertise in strategic analysis, legal research and drafting in high-stakes cases. She is particularly active in the areas of civil and professional liability, commercial law in all its forms and administrative law. She usually operates in the background, bringing her intellect and writing skills to matters raising complex legal issues, including before appeal tribunals.</p>
<p>Driven by a passion for the law, Marie-Hélène has always been very active in the legal community through her writings and blog posts, her many training initiatives and her involvement in various committees, notably those of the Quebec Bar and the Young Bar of Montreal. She teaches at the Quebec Bar School and sat on the Disciplinary Council of the Quebec Bar for several years. She is proud to have participated in the reform of the Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers and to have had the opportunity to speak before the Institutions Committee of the National Assembly on the reform of the Code of Civil Procedure. She oversees the professional development of young attorneys for the firm.</p>
